Livingreens is our horticulture / agricultural brand, focused in providing a holistic plan
in credit recovery of bankrupted agricultural assets derived from the European union
and Portuguese estate, PRODER and Portugal 2020, development funds that were terminated or un-successfully concluded. With our expertise, we secure that these enterprises, and estates can be integrated in our co-op brand and produce under
correct management criteria and adequate funding, maximizing their producing potential.

Our coworking office space as our DNA on it. This multipurpose building was developed having in consideration the best we can produce. It serves us as a constant inspiration where we work, experiment and create our next development. will make be made available in the market to other companies as private office spaces, shared offices, virtual office services, and coworking facilities.
Catete Villas
Condominium Development
Catete Villas is a residential condominium composed of five single family villas,
located in Cascais. This estate was originally acquired from the universe of Parpublica, which organized all the non-performing loans derived from the banking collapse of the sub prime crisis. After an extensive planification, and architectural development we started
the construction of this project, however upon commencement and after short negotiation we have sold it successfully to a group of new investors that are finalizing its construction.

Our latest development is a bespoke luxury country hotel and villa, located in Evora,
in the heart of the Alentejo Countryside, considered the historical capital of Alentejo,
a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is located Wabi Sabi Alentejo Estate – a slice of timeless rural Portugal. A bespoke estate huddled amidst the rolling cork hills and vineyards. Gracefully remade, with all the modern comforts and the necessary technology,
this singular Estate, comprised of 2 villasand 8 suites and a Fly Camping capsule, overlooks the fields with uninterrupted panoramas of the beautiful countryside around it.
